Ketawa itu Sehat

Selamat pagi sobat, ketika kita BT atau bingung mau ngapain, mau ini salah mau itu salah kerjaan numpuk, lama- lama stresss. Kata orang bila kita BT cari suasana yang membuat kita ketawa dengan baca artikel yang lucu-lucu, nonton lawakan, tapi jangan ketawa-ketawa sendiri ntar di sebut orgil, Sudah mah stress disebut orgil lagi wah tambah gelap dah.

Saya punya cerita nih yang mungkin dapat menghilangkan Stress walaupun sesaat, tapi mungkin sangat berguna,ceritanya begini mohon dibaca dengan seksama :

judul              Mengaku saja..............

Seorang guru Sejarah memberikan pertanyaan kepada murid- muridnya,

" anak-anak, siapa yang menulis Pancasila dan UUD 1945 ?"

Murid-murid semua diam seribu bahasa. Karena hingga menjelang usai jam pelajaran belum satu murid pun menjawab, sang guru marah dan akhirnya menghukum seluruh muridnya berjemur dilapangan upacara hingga sore hari. Salah seorang murid tersebut, sebut saja Anto, tiba di rumah dengan menangis tersedu-sedu. Ayahnya yang keheranan bertanya,

" To, kenapa kamu? Berkelahi?"

Anto menjawab. " Bukan Pak, tapi kami dihukum jemur oleh pak Guru."Ayahnya bertanya lagi, "Kenapa sampai dihukum?"

Anto menjawab, " Kami tidak menjawab siapa yang menulis Pancasila dan UUD 1945, pak" Tiba-tiba muka sang ayah merah padam dan menampar anaknya itu sembari menghardik,

" Kenapa tidak mengaku saja kamu yang menulisnya !!!!"

Disini panas benar .............

Seorang pria sedang berlibur ke Bali. Istrinya sedang dalam perjalanan bisnis ke Jakarta dan berencana untuk bergabung pada keesokan harinya. Ketika sampai di Hotel, pria itu memutuskan untuk mengirimkan E-mail ke istrinya. Karena tidak berhasil menemukan kwertas memo dimana dia mencatat alamat e-mail istrinya tersebut, maka dia mencoba untuk sebisa-bisanya mengirimkan e-mail keistrinya. Sialnya, dia melupakan satu hurup dan e-mail tersebut melesat langsung menuju ke seorang wanita yang suaminya baru saja meninggal satu hari sebelumnya. Saat wanita yang sedang berduka itu mengecak isi e-mail tersebut, ia berteriak dengan hebat lalu jatuh kelantai dan meninggal seketika, Keluarganya segera berlari ke dalam ruangannya dan melihat isi surat di layar komputer :

Istriku tercinta, Aku baru saja sampai. Segala sesuatu telah disiapkan untuk kedatanganmu besok.

Water


Fresh water is essentially important to the living process. Without sufficient water at regular interval during our waking hours, the full capacity of our physical and mental power cannot be generated, hence we will not have enough power to make a healthy and enjoyful and productive life. Drink as much water as we need to maintain living and healthy life.

Energy


We must take rest to conserve the energy of our body. When we are tired take nap or go to bed for a good night sleep because only in rest stage our body can recover its lost strength and energy.

Nutrition


 We may be interested in certain food. But don't take only one food to the exclusion of  the other food just because it is our favorite. We have to consistently balance our nutrition. Balanced nutrition simply means a reasonably wellproportioned diet consisting sufficient intake for the body to be healthy and to be able to perform optimally. Not over-eat. Eat to be healthy not eat for solely satisfaction. We can consult a nutrition professional to have his advise on what and how to eat for good health.
